"Anti-racism is the commitment to fight racism wherever you find it, including yourself." - Ijeoma Oluo, author

Racial Trauma refers to the physical, mental, and emotional impact of experiencing racism. This includes both individual experiences of overt and implicit bias and interacting with systemic and institutional biases against a person’s race or ethnicity.

Media depictions of racism can take a toll on the psyche of people who are forced to interact with racism or racist systems throughout their lives.
