| Dear Friend, help us show our elected officials that EQUITY MATTERS! HES has been leveraging Health Equity Week for the past seven years to unite community members, healthcare and academic institutions, and elected officials in a shared commitment towards advancing justice, shaping equitable policies, and driving forward the bold, innovative solutions needed for marginalized communities in Connecticut to achieve their best health. This year HES is launching a Text to Donate campaign to engage a network of supporters who believe in keeping equity at the forefront of policy decisions in the state of Connecticut. |
