The HES team is mid-way reading Dare To Lead, a book by Brené Brown that explores how courageous leaders can practice values to help their teams overcome challenging situations and foster creativity. Great leadership requires courage, and Brown elucidates why courage and vulnerability are so inseparable. She describes “rumbling with vulnerability” as being open to tough conversations instead of brushing things under the carpet.
